Reservations and Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability.
• A deposit or credit card guarantee is required to confirm the reservation.

Payments

• Full payment for the stay must be made at check-in or check-out, depending on the hotel’s policy.
• We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: From 14h.
• Check-Out: Until 11h.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made outside the cancellation period will be subject to a cancellation fee, equivalent to free-cancellation bookings.

Use of Facilities
